Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change, and we aim to be as flexible as possible. However, the following cancellation terms apply:
- Free Cancellation: Guests may cancel their booking up to 7 days before the scheduled check-in date and receive a full refund of any payments made.
- Late Cancellation: Any cancellations made less than 7 days prior to check-in will result in no refund being issued.
- No-Show Policy: Guests who fail to arrive without prior cancellation will be charged the full booking amount.
- Amendments: Requests to modify booking dates are subject to availability and must be made at least 7 days prior to check-in.
By booking with us via relevant OTA's or with Holmes Estate Group directly this cancellation policy will apply.
We recommend that guests purchase travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances that may require cancellation.
