No Parties or Gatherings These properties is for registered guests only. Unauthorized events are strictly prohibited.

🚭 No Smoking or Vaping Indoors Smoking and vaping are not allowed inside. Please use the designated outdoor area if needed.

🐶 Pets Allowed Upon Approval. Fee: £50 per pet. Please inform the us before bringing a pet.

🤫 Respect Quiet Hours Keep noise to a minimum, especially at night, to ensure a peaceful environment for everybody

🛋️ Respect the Properties Treat these homes with care. Report any damages or maintenance issues to the host immediately.

🚫 No Illegal Substances The use of illegal substances is strictly forbidden.

👥 Guests & Visitors Only registered guests are allowed. Visitors must be approved by the host in advance.

🧹 Maintain Cleanliness Keep the properties clean and tidy during your stay. Excessive cleaning required after check-out may result in additional fees.

🔒 Safety & Energy Doors and windows must be closed and locked whenever you leave the property. Turn off the heating when leaving to help conserve energy.
